Wild Heart Circle
Wild Heart Circle is a girls group (age 7-10) that nurtures girls in building healthy relationships with the natural world, their own heart, and with others. We spend our time in play, crafting, engaging in simple ritual, taking care of the body, and building friendships.

The circle will be an after school group that will run every other Tuesday from 3:30-5:30 (with exceptions for holidays), We will also have two, day long gatherings (in December and March) that include women caregivers (mamas, aunties, grandmas). We will close the season with a 3 day ladies camping trip at Scott’s Flat Lake.
This group aims to:
*Build honest, compassionate, and cooperative communication with other girls and adults through games, reflective conversations, and conflict resolution.
*Connect girls to seasonal cycles and moon cycles through ritual and journaling practices.
*Create beauty through craft, art, and altar making.
*Build friendships that support girls in feeling seen and appreciated for who they are becoming.
*Create a safe space for girls to bring their challenges and talk openly about what’s happening in their lives.
*Lay a strong foundation of connection to self, community, and land connection before pre-teen shifts begin to occur.
*Build nature connection skills like animal tracking, fire making, and working with natural fibers.
*Strengthen bonds between families.
